TERMS OF
SERVICE

These terms govern your use of Partnerbeats (the website, the catalog, the account system, the AI tools). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

// 01 _ THE SERVICE

Partnerbeats is operated by Partnerbeats Ltd, registered in England (company number on request). We host an exclusive-use beat catalog, process payments through Stripe, and deliver licensed audio files to buyers.

// 02 _ ACCOUNTS

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete the account at any time from settings or by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (chargebacks, copyright violations, mass scraping).

// 03 _ BUYING BEATS

Each purchase is a one-time payment for an exclusive-use license described in our licensing page. Once payment clears, the beat is removed from the catalog and licensed to you alone.

// 04 _ REFUNDS

14-day refund window from purchase date, provided the beat has not been used in a public release. Email hello@partnerbeats.com with your order ID. Refunds process within 5 business days.

// 05 _ PRODUCER OBLIGATIONS

Producers who upload tracks warrant that they own all rights and have cleared any samples. Producers retain master copyright and receive 70% of every sale, paid monthly. Producers can request payouts via Stripe Connect.

// 06 _ ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not:

• Resell, sub-license or upload purchased beats to other marketplaces
• Use beats as input for training AI / generative audio models
• Reverse-engineer the AI tools or our search infrastructure
• Scrape the catalog or access it via automated agents without written permission
• Use the service for anything illegal, defamatory or that infringes someone else's rights

// 07 _ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Partnerbeats name, logo, design system and code are ours. The audio content is licensed from the respective producers. Don't copy or imitate the brand identity.

// 08 _ THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), Cloudflare (DNS / CDN), Railway (hosting). Each has their own terms and privacy policy.

// 09 _ LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost sync deals, lost streaming revenue). Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

// 10 _ DISPUTES

Try us first — most issues are solvable in a single email. If we can't resolve it, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes settled in London courts.

// 11 _ CHANGES

If we materially change these terms we email account holders 30 days before the change takes effect. You can close your account before the new terms apply if you don't agree.
