Producers register their compositions with the relevant PRO (PRS, ASCAP, BMI). Performance royalties from broadcast and live use are still collected by the producer through their PRO. The buyer is not assessed.
Crediting the producer is encouraged but not required. Use the format: Produced by [@handle] in track metadata.
If you believe a track on the platform was uploaded in violation of someone else's rights, contact legal@partnerbeats.com. We take it down within 24 hours and refund anyone who bought it.
