// 01 _ WHAT WE COLLECT

We store the minimum needed to run an account and process payments:

  • Email address (for account access and receipts)
  • Hashed password (we never store the plaintext)
  • Producer handle if you set one
  • Purchase history and download log
  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp), retained 30 days

Stripe handles all payment data. We never see or store your card number.

// 02 _ HOW WE USE IT

To run the service. Specifically:

  • Authenticate you when you sign in
  • Process and refund payments
  • Deliver downloads and receipts
  • Send transactional email (purchase confirmation, password reset, license updates)
  • Investigate fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party tracking scripts.

// 03 _ COOKIES

One first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. That's it. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting.

// 04 _ EMAIL

Transactional email is sent through Postmark. We send a monthly newsletter only if you opt in. Unsubscribe link in every email.

// 05 _ YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR / UK GDPR you can:

  • Request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
  • Ask us to delete your account and all associated data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing email
  • File a complaint with the ICO (or your local supervisory authority)

// 06 _ DATA RETENTION

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete the account, we erase personal data within 30 days. We retain transaction records for 7 years for tax compliance, with personal identifiers removed where possible.

// 07 _ INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Servers are in the EU (Frankfurt) and US (Virginia). Stripe processes payments in their region. Data leaves the UK only under standard contractual clauses.

// 08 _ CHANGES

If we update this policy in a way that affects your rights, we email you. Otherwise the date at the top of this page is your cue to skim it.
