FREQUENT
QUESTIONS

What format do I get when I buy a beat?

WAV files at 44.1kHz / 24-bit, plus stems and MIDI where the producer included them. The download appears in your library immediately after payment clears.

Are these tracks royalty-free?

Yes. One purchase grants you an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license worldwide. You keep 100% of streaming and physical revenue. The producer retains the master copyright but cannot resell the same track to anyone else.

Can I use the beats on Spotify, Apple, YouTube?

Yes. All major DSPs are covered. No region or stream cap. Tag your release as "Produced by [@handle]" if you'd like to credit, but it's not required.

What about sync placement (TV, ad, film, game)?

Standard sync is included. For high-budget commercial placements (over £100k ad spend) we ask you to file a sync rider via licensing@partnerbeats.com. Response within 48 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We refund any beat within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as you haven't used it in a public release. Email hello@partnerbeats.com with your order ID.

How do I download stems after purchase?

Stems appear in your account library beside each track. Click "Download stems" — it's a zipped folder of individual WAVs. Free of charge for all members.

I'm a producer. How do I submit?

Email submit@partnerbeats.com with three unmastered WAVs (no Soundcloud links). We listen to all submissions in full. Response within two weeks. We approve about 10% of what we hear.

What's the producer split?

Producers keep 70% of every sale. We take 30% to cover hosting, payment processing, A&R, support and marketing. No subscription fees, no upload fees, no hidden charges.

Can I sample one of your beats?

Yes — once you've bought it, you can sample, replay, modify or remix. The producer cleared this on submission. The beat is yours to take apart.

What is "exclusive use"?

Once you buy a beat, the producer agrees not to license that exact track to anyone else. The beat goes off the marketplace. The use is yours alone, forever.

Do you accept crypto / wire / invoice?

Card and Apple/Google Pay only via Stripe. For purchases over £5,000 (label deals, sync packages) we'll send an invoice payable by wire. Email licensing@partnerbeats.com.

Where are you based?
